Here's a metaphor I got from Basilmarket:
You're in the public bathroom taking a whiz. Suddenly, some guy pushes you aside and pees in your urinal and all over you in the process of pushing you aside. Public bathrooms don't belong to anyone, so does that mean him pushing you aside to use is justified? Will you take it and go "Okay, there's plenty other urinals" and brush it off or go "pineapple you man. I was here 1st, what's your problem"?
