I didn't see anything wrong with the video, even the butt shaking. It wasn't even sexually done.
If someone saw a real little girl do a little dance and then shake their butt like in the video they would think it's cute and funny. It's like she's pretending to be a duck or something, in fact there's even a little kid's dance in the States that has a ''move'' kind of like that.
