I haven't seen any real AD Alistars. Then again, I haven't seen many Alistars anyways.
Trample just helps you push back minions more, not necessarily farming. I don't know the tics and all that stuff, but its low low damage is kinda disappointing. Word on the forums is that Rylai's actually works with Trample, but I have no idea since I don't own Alistar.
I don't know what you are thinking, but RoA is a fairly steep hill to climb in terms of investment and gold required.
It really depends on how the game is going for the build just like anyone else. You need to get him dude, dunno what you are missing!
Yeah the build before focused on specifically building triforce and ghostblade using your passive+procs from heal+ultimate+ghostblade active to eat a tower in no time flat.
Now you actually have a reason to build for some AP since your Q and W both scale cooldowns with level now, making them excellent harass tools.
The 10% going to your passive is icing on the cake and works like a boss with sunfire cape and Q.
