Yes, I'm 193, hopefully 200 by Chaos (LF> ETL update), with or without a merge, and I could just say "Après moi le déluge". But I happen to lead a guild and alliance of people of all levels, and I am not looking forward to hearing them whine more about being ks'ed at jesters and mp3.
I see nothing good coming to Kradia from this merge. Yellonde's population is big enough to be felt (for bad) in the popular training or bossing areas, but not nearly big enough to be felt (for good) in the PQ areas or the FM.
As for benefits to Yellonde: if you think Kradia's FM is a good place for Yellondians to find mastery books, think again. With the exception of the few books that drop where hackers like to bot, we have nothing.
The only thing we gain is a CHT channel. I'm sure our hackers are delighted to hear that, regular HT and PB are getting too boring. Yeah, so a few rich people will get a CHTP, happy happy joy joy. (And of course the CHT problem could have been solved without a server merge).
Then there's the lie of "double character slots" when in fact you don't get to share Blessing, storage, or cash shop, but you also don't get to be able to log on them at the same time (for self-buffing or w/e). Oh yeah, just what I always wanted!
All in all, stupid idea. If Nexon decided Yellonde was unviable, they should have just given everyone there a free server transfer. Go to Windia if you like crowds, go to Demethos if you enjoy the solitude, just go anywhere because we're closing your server down.
Your reasoning for not wanting server merges are ridiculous lol... You act as if Kradia is fine the way it is and doesn't need additional people to populate it. You act as if Yellonde is a server that needs to mooch off of Kradia, when in fact BOTH servers need help. Kradia is dead in the mornings, and dead at night as it is right now. Kradia has always had a hard time organizing boss runs. Kradia's fm is piss poor, Kradia needs this merge as much as Yellonde does. To be honest I wish nexon would have done this over a year ago, when boss exp was still nice.

We have an almost ideal population as it is, we just need motivation. More people won't solve KS'ing, and it probably won't solve book shortages. More channels gives us cHTPs from hackers and legits that aren't overpriced due to sellers having to cover transfer costs. It's just a bad idea. More channels does solve a bit of KS'ing since people can spread out, but then there are those that KS for fun. They scan for small groups and KS them because they can even if they're level 150 at places like scarecrows.

Kradia does NOT have an ideal population, as it is 13 channels is more than it even needs right now. Ideal population is 20 channel server with active everything. Having a 1-3(full)4-6(half full),7(half full),13(sometimes full),18(half full) fm is NOT ideal populations free market. Get off your high horse I play mainly in kradia but i've come from many other servers such as bello, windia, and scania I know how an active maple community should look like. More channels helps ksing lower but the only solution to solve ksing is having those portals on training maps that take you to a personal training area nobody else can join. ksing is honestly one of the dumbest reasons anyone can give for opposing a server merge. Why? because the levels that are getting ks'd are what? lvl 30-70 area? who cares.. thanks to big bangs exp nerf those levels fly by like nobodies business. ksing at levels that actually matter is so rare in kradia these days it might as well not even be spoken of.
