Well, the best of these potions require purple, which I think is already pretty rare, (the better Giant Potion, the +4000 HP/MP potions, the +60Stat, +30 All Stats, and the lesser known 12 ATK/MATK potions that, since they give the same buff as the angelic rings, probably stack with other attack pots) and their lesser counterparts, which provide half the effect, require brown.
There's a lot of limits though, especially with the fatigue system. It'll take a while to get up to the recommended level, around 9 or 10, the recipes aren't exactly something you'd find every day, and even then, you can make like, 63ish potions in the day you get to use the recipe, maybe double if your fatigue runs back down to zero by the time it's almost up and if you're able to use the fatigue reducing potions again. So that's like 189~378 powders, which I guess is a significant amount, especially if you didn't collect before this since you have a 10% chance to get 1 powder every time you refine something, which is limited by fatigue.
There won't be many powders, but at the same time, I don't think there will be a large demand, except in small bursts whenever someone finds one of these recipe. The +4000 MaxHP potion recipe drops from Zak and Chief Obliv Guards, and those are fairly popular.
Purple is also used for premium androids and the level 130 and 140 capes, brown for reg androids, black for the giant bullet and burning star and +27 and +30 stat pots, and green for infinite throwing knives. The rest of them are pretty much only used in transformation pots and lower stat pots.
The recipes, yeah, 12 hours for potions, I think, maybe 24, I think which means you could probably only make it 63 times, requiring 189 powders. The potions don't expire or anything.
