[Movie] Byousoku 5 Centimeter

I'll eventually get around to watching "Kumo no Mukou, Yakusoku no Basho" (the one you mentioned).

Oh yeah, and I own the manga of "Hoshi no Koe". I was honestly surprised that the movies were written by the same guy. o.O

Not that "Hoshi no Koe" sucks; it's a great story. I just didn't expect the same guy to have written both of them. ._.

WTH, both ended up with sad endings. UGH. Write a happy story for once, Shinkai-sensei.

I feel really sad for Takaki.

When something's available in English, using the JP title doesn't make you any cooler, bro.

And uh... 5 Centimeters Per Second happens to be my favorite movie, so...

I actually just watched The Place Promised last night. I did like it a lot, but I think they should have shown a bit more of the "past", since it would have made some of the scenes near the end more emotional.
