More questions about possibly even more paranoid stuff

I would like to think that, but this one seemed so specific and so targeted that there's some reason for concern. After all, this happened upon visiting Basil. Then again, this could be a drive-by ad thing.

Either way, I did another scan and it seems nothing odd is showing up so far... Let's try malwarebytes.
