Attempting to "Break" the new Guild System

I must admit I am a little slack in looking through the board to try to find info...
(I will make an effort to us the search function more).

The number 1 contributer to my guild, NEVER gets on.... And he doesn't really lvl that fast...
So I'm wondering why he has more GP than me.... Even though I leave my chara afk almost 24/7?

I asked him if he buys guild skills a lot..... He says he hasn't bought 1....

So what is this guy doing... To out GP his guildmaster... Who is basically a "no-lifer"?

I need to find out how he got all that GP... Because he's doing something that I am not.
