It's really ridiculous to compare Tespia to a private server in any regard, besides literal definition which Takebacker stated earlier.
Even if they gave us everything to work with, it would only be beneficial in our efforts to test. Anything that is important to real gameplay is just as important to tespia gameplay, and that includes cubes and pets. Yes, some people would screw around with it and not test anything but it's not as if it means anything, and those people can easily be removed by Nexon. The test server is open for a week at best, usually, and when it closes EVERYTHING gets deleted.
The whole "tespia isn't a private server" argument is invalid.
There seem to be a few people here who don't really understand what a test server is for, which is ironic because they seem to be the ones advocating strict guidelines for testing.
edit: @combattente - no, every boss needs to be tested each patch as well, not just new super hard ones. Look at what happened with Pap this patch. Look what happened with all bosses immediately after Big Bang. It's a continuous cycle and should be checked with each major change.
