what about mastery? plus, people are mainly gonna use battleship canon/torpedo, and not rapid fire. does canon/torpedo use bullets? that would be wierd if it did

Mastery is 60% like most classes. I have no idea if Cannon/Torpedo use bullets, good question :f6:

I've timed Hurricane several times. Assuming we both have a small margain of error, I think it's safe to say that they both fire at exactly the same speed since they're so similar.

I wish they'd speed up Rapid Fire since Hurricane has a lot more buffs to go with it: Advanced Mastery, Critical Shot, and Sharp Eyes. It's a little pathetic seeing a Captain hit 5k max with Rapid Fire while a Bowmaster hits over 10k at the same speed.
