It seemed like a good idea, since Double Up procs on hit effects. Once I got to the 4th Tiamat I was able to clear minion waves with one Double Up, if I shot it right.
On a side note, my girlfriend is starting to get better. Her biggest shortfalls are that she burns through mana like crazy (going B often in lane as a result) and has difficulty last hitting/farming minions, leaving her very underlevelled and weak mid/late game.
In my screenshot, she was the one playing Anivia - and as one would expect, she's completely out of mana. xD
