If mist explosion isnt nerfed, they need to abandon Glacial Chains! Don't scrap it into a new skill just abandon it and save it for a new class or something. And give I/L a passive to all their skills, such as a skill that adds another 1 maybe 2 hits to all skills at same or lower % or a secondary amp on electric based attacks.
