Need some advice from the more experienced.

I've never left my country before, so I want to make next year the year. I'm looking to go on an overseas exchange for studying, and I'm trying to budget for my prospective locations. I'm clearly not made of money, but I'm saving hard and I'm quietly confident my grades could pull some scholarship money. I've taken in to consideration flights/travel, housing, food, textbooks, uni supplies, miscellaneous expenses, health insurance, visa/passport documents and recreation. Is there anything else I should think about?
