Keep in mind that MW % =/= potential %.
MW is based on your base str. If you have 999 str and MW6, that's +29 str.
Potential Str is based on everything you have. If you have 999 base, 100 from equips, and MW6, that is +29 from mw,+100 from gears=1128 Str total THEN you apply the potential str. 1128*1.03=1161
1161-999-29-100= 33 str from that same 3% potential
While in this case it's only a difference of 4 str, the gap grows bigger when you have mw30, and more str from gears.
Anyways it's just 5 mil o.o
