What does party bonus being removed mean?

Not gonna be surprised if the main reason they removed the party zones was because they reverted the stupid party EXP ratio to 6:4, which, once again, strongly encouraged leeching. Seems to me Nexon doesn't even know wtp they're doing anymore if they're reverting changes that hurt the game more than helped.

Incidentally, a lot of people at those party zones were leeching even with the current leech rate. There's herds of AFK mules there with one or two people training at most (alongside an HS mule). Still, there's things they could have done to remedy this problem instead of just remove and revamp the whole idea period (and then throwing it into Monster Park).

I'm under the impression Nexon developers have a severe case of ADHD. They took two steps forward only to take another step backward. Those no sense of rhythm nor rhyme in their game design at all and each update they churn out makes me wonder what direction they're actually looking at.
