well if you stand in one spot and cast a bunch of them and watch the cloud you can tell when each one disappears, so I think you can.
If you can't you could still spread them out a little bit and still have them all within range

I know you can cast many on top of each other. I'm just saying that the explosion won't count that as several attacks.
