[1.2.378] Magicians in Jump

Not sure how that changes the fact that its Freezes, does DoT, brings monsters in range for Teleport MAstery and Eqluines, but yea it needs improvements, but it's not totally useless.

True, its not useless but my point was that you can pretty much get its max benefit at level 1 and most of the positives you described
can be solved with spamming chain lightning (stun=freeze) or just teleporting to the target.

As for the DoT, 90% isn't worth maxing over other skills until late game.
