Mist Explosion have cooldown anyway. even if you can deal 999,999 per hit, 3m dmg every 10 sec isn't that imba. mech still deal much better dmg than that.

I didn't expect the skill to be used for bossing purposes in a test server so they're on the right track with F/P.

Now they need to fix I/L (Still nothing but CL spamming) and Bishops...
