Kradia and Yellonde Form a Server Alliance

I aint against a merger per se, but it is unfair to those that moved to smaller servers to avoid the fuckfest that is Windia and above in terms of sheer numbers. Khaini was on the brink of being crowded but now I see less people about in general.
