[1.2.378] Magicians in Jump

I can understand Duelman's rage here. We all aren't in parties all the time, so shouldn't we have something to help out our solo training regiment? I mean... doesn't it suck if you HAVE to depend on parties to level up? And if that is the sad case, then we're screwed even more since we still get the same weak benefits for being able to support a party much more.

I guess for starters, can we have Elemental Decrease instead of Doom? <_<
