Why is it that when Shidoshi and I are talking about moderate drinking, everyone goes out of their way to explain binge or radical drinking? I used a cup because that's what you used in your ending sentence. Starting with a cup of wine (Wine is actually good for you, just saying.) and incrementing the take gradually. Moderate drinking is considered about 1070ml of alcohol or lower, in my opinion.
