You don't get the point at all. Two worlds sharing 20 channels. They're bringing 10 each.
Scania already has more than enough people for 20 channels, adding another 10 from an underpopulated wouldn't balance it out, it'd just put even more strain on the channels that people overpopulate.

If merging 2 servers means to add the number of channels together (in your case 19+10=29), then it could benefit scania since the players per channel ratio would go down for the larger world. But of course it would negatively impact places where people centralize in the same place, ie ch1 pq entrance and the fm
