Like I said b4 if you 1hit everything, but just barely with 1hit skills and 3/4 of a multi hit skill doesn't cut it 1hit>Multi

In the case of Chain Lightning, no.

Chain Lightning now stuns. If you can hit the monster with at least one out of the four hits, you can stun the monster, given the 90% stun rate. This will at least disable the monster until you can hit again. If you had a single-hit skill that had a stun rate, you'd miss and have the monster barge at you at top speed.
