You clearly don't get what I'm saying.

CLs damage has been quartered from what it was previously (8xx - 210) because it hits 4 times. If you missed prior to this change, you did no damage. If you miss once with this change, you will now do 3/4's of the prior damage (210+210+210+miss) rather than nothing.

O wow I never knew 2xx wasnt 1/4 of 8xx! ty for that info....Please stop hurting ur brain. In long term dps Multi hit doesn't matter with misses ACTUALLY 1hit can be better for training but bad for dmg cap. If you 1hit with a 400% skill and u miss 1/4 of the time so 75% of the time u 1hit and 25% it will take 2 hits
Multi hit you will do an avg of 300% of dmg (100+100+100+MISS) so almost all the time you gotta 2hit

She isn't saying the overall damage is any different. She's saying that in the times you would miss and do no damage whatsoever in that hit, now you will.
