Right but its still not as Big as CL range, and neither is Teleport Mastery's, so Glacial brings monsters closer, does DoT, does its own Damage, and allows for more damage through Mastery and Elquines, I don't see how it's useless when training.

and Freezes what more could you want, on top of Extreme Magic Boosting damage on Frozen monsters its a win,win,win.
