Sure it's like Battle Mage's Dark Chains, but there are so many similarities between classes I'd rather not complain, at least F/P didn't get it too.
I'd like it more if it stunned or freezed.
They increased CL's range as well which was why I can't see the reasoning behind adding a skill that pulls monsters closer
to a character that uses long-ranged attacks.
I would have to see some more vids because the current kmst vids show chain lightning out-mobbing glacial chain.
