I'm not liking the idea of Monster Park to be honest. While it may certainly seem fun, it seems a lot more demanding than LHC in regards to finding parties. What's more is, if Nexon isn't smart and not instance each individual Monster Park session, the place will be full 24/7.
Also, the main reason why dual/grim/aqua parties existed was because the maps were too big for one person to solo alone. EXP in a party was never much better due to the old exp split ratios but the reason EXP was sped up was due to the fact there was less travel time. LHC has relatively small maps compared to duals/grims/aqua so I doubt partying is as much of a must as it is at LHC. :/
