Girls hitting puberty earlier? Is milk to blame?

I'm not kidding here, I have liked girls as far as I can remember. I even had "girlfriend" at the age of 2-4. I stopped being so open about it when I went to kindergarten. Must have been the influence of other boys. I had crush on Emma Watson from 1st (first movie had just/was about to came out) to 6th grade(4th movie came out). As I grew up, she grew up too...

Does this mean that I have been in puberty since I was born? However, I'm still not growing any noticable facial hair and I just turned 17.
