Most 3% capes I've seen are priced around 20-30m so seeing as how yours is a PaC w/ dex guessing 75-100m? The fact its Epic increases the value but the fact is a lvl 50 item with 0 slots and only 2 att I wouldn't suspect much more. GL selling it!
