However, 40 is definitely the level Neo should be aiming for. There are 3 quests that give GFA scrolls by that level. Subani's Legacy (Lv36), ReVersal (Lv40), and Jane the Alchemist (Lv40).
If you're set on using a Cyngus, though I don't think the extra 10% exp will speed things up much, Blaze Wizards will probably have trouble with Fire Tusks unless you max ele reset right away, of the remaining classes, I'd go with a class with mob skills and mobility, so I'd go with a Thunder Breaker (with Dash and Cork), but Night Walkers and Dawn Warriors might be just as good.
