Will Duke Nukem Forever be censored?

Duke's past games weren't censored THAT much if i remember correctly, I'm more worried about the god awful dubbing most games get when they come out in mexico, hope at least it comes out as multi language like gears of war, the voice actors they pick suck .____. they don't seem to understand the spanish spoken in mexico is way different to the one spoken in spain / other latin countries.
Been waiting for this game forever, hopefully I don't have to pay twice it's value to play it in english like i had to with ALL halo games, dead space and tons of other games

Why would they hire more actors for just one country when they can do a universal language to cover most? English spoken in England is different to American English, yet they wont change the the actors for us (some games do, though).
