I'd hop on any train that would actually connect to PVP.net right now. 
Looks like I may as well just play something else since I don't think it'll get fixed soon. Ah well, it happens. I'll be trying out Anivia and Lee Sin this time around, as well as seeing just how bad Xin ends up playing with the nerf. I don't think it's going to destroy him for me, but he's already pretty low on my list of characters to play, and it might just move him even further down it.
