11x DEXless Hermit, planning to strip it and re-equip it because I made the wrong purchases. It's got 6-9% LUK gear atm because I didn't think I could afford more at the time, and I decided that it's better off to buy a couple of 15% than to plaster myself in 6-9%s.

The only equips I'm going to keep are:

- Evo ring 1
- Evo ring 2
- Resistance ring/Crit ring (switching from Resistance to Crit when I have enough DEX)
- 9% LUK 3 line epic HTP

Once I sell everything else, I'll have around 6b (3.3b in WS because I'm transferring + selling the rest of my equips once I get there) to spend. I don't want to sell the HTP until I get a new cape/earrings/shoes etc etc. So, (almost) stripped NL2be. I'm putting aside 3b for a 9x craven/sleve, so I only have 3b to spend really. Last time I bought equips, I had 6-9% LUK stuff, but I don't want to do that this time because I think it's better to get 15% on one equip than to have 3% LUK on 5 different equips. What should/can I get with this 3b?

Another thing. I have a 9% LUK epic 2 line 23/23/22/21 CZak that I WAS going to try to sell for 700-800 (don't know prices). Should I keep this, or sell it? I'm probably only going to get like a 15% LUK earring and a 12-15% LUK cape before my funding runs out, so I'd need to buy a new CZak and all that. If I keep it, I'll be down to like 2.2b... which can get me like what, one 15% and an epic 9% if I'm lucky?

I don't spend rl money to cube, so I need to buy everything precubed.
