I dunno, for the way I play, I think that early survivability has helped me escape numerous ganks/1v1s so in that sense, I'm not sure it'd be worth it to switch over to 21/0/9 or 9/0/21 depending on the type.
Quick Mastery Swap
I tried installing it but I got an error *shrugs.* Personally, I think I can switch masteries in 20 seconds.
