Is this pokemon legitimate?

So I was on GTS negotiations and I traded for a level 100 shiny Meganium, what got me curious is that it was caught in a masterball. The description says it came from Hoenn arrived at level 100 after a long travel through time. The stats pretty much look legit but I'm not fond of hacked pokemon so, anyone have an idea?
