Had a horrible game before bed last night. I wanted to play ryze/amumu combo with will but I said I'd play karthus earlier on than that. So we load up with me as karthus and will as twitch gonna have some fun.....
Then champ screen shows during loading.

Karthus/Taric/MF/Jungle Nocturne/Poppy. 4 of the 5 had 975 skins on their champs on the enemy team. We get into game and I'm like "Will I got a bad feeling about this man, that karthus is gonna be good, watch". Early game was quite lackluster, their karthus got a few kills by mid game while I was sitting on a single one. I just couldn't snowball hard enough to catch up with him and his 15x creep score. So they smoked us and the best part of it was I thought of a good name for those guys-->The Fourskins lololol.
Oh and one more note before I forget: Sustained healing is great when its on your team but when they are the enemy and your team doesn't have one, it blows asssssss. Especially if you are a karthus tryin to get some ulti kills from accross the map.
