Ultimate weapon stats: 30 boss, 30 ignore mob, 6 total dmg

Hi, are there any ways of checking if boss 30 and ignore pdf are mutually exclusive?

It seems to be very difficult to obtain.

Are there any probabilities tagged to these stats or are they equally weighted.?

i know its possible to get 30% bossing and 2 lines of 15% def ignore, MalusOdius in Galicia has that on his VIP bow, and i dont think he used 1200 cubes on it O.O
