Four is a standard, considering we're on a quarter system, and one of them is a lab class. And I value my GPA.
Khoi Wrote:Lol... Not just that, Gen. Chem III is also 50 mins / week. Odd. Back when I had community college, my 1-day-a-week classes ends up being 4-5 hours on average, and now that I'm at university, it's 3 hrs / week. I have no idea how HIS classes are 50 minutes per week, it must be intensely difficult or something...
The class list either lists only the Discussion sections or lectures. However, most classes have both, so that first image isn't exactly accurate. The difference between lectures and discussion sections is that lectures are professor-run and discussions are TA-run.
Spoiler
This is my current schedule. I know the other picture says that I'm enrolled in Chem6C discussion on Monday 7pm, but I asked my teacher to artificially switch it to Wednesday 1pm.We can't enroll in Summer Session or Fall quarter yet. I'm not even sure I want to. In the fall, I'm taking OChem 1, Electricity and Magnetism, Linear Algebra, and I'm not sure what I'm going to take for my fourth class yet. Maybe I'll take a GE, like Psychology. I'm not even sure what GEs are offered yet.
