Where did you get the impression that an advanced hacking program couldn't read 1+1=? from a picture and solve it?

I meant read as in scan through the text, obtain the text in binary code and compute the result from there and input it.

Of course, the more advanced hacking programs would be able to convert the text in a picture into binary code and compute it, but this would at least get rid of most hackers don't you think?
