I'm not sure. I've lived my younger years playing video games whenever I wasn't busy with other stuff.
I guess an important question to ask is how good your reflexes are. If Warwick decided to ult your friend and you have a stun ready, how quickly can you save your friend? (Latency also plays into the equation; you're not going to have good micro if your latency between command and action is .8 seconds or higher.)
Also, practice makes perfect!
