I don't know the amount of levels. Blue Dragon Turtles are 117, I'm 157. I get normal exp from the monks at memory lane 1.

there's no exploiting, only spoiling for the weak.

and I doubt this is an april fools, they have had a patch to fix this, and it's the 2nd in Korea.

EDIT: now my level 117 blader friend is complaining about lowered EXP at Red Nose Ship/Island 2.(Captain/Kru's). they are level 103 and 104, iirc.
