Meh.... Hackers are gonna hack. It's a pain in the ass when they DC ya, but I wouldn't say that this (the most recent in a long line of hacks) is the "Final stake in the heart" of the game.
So what if some guy is gettin 99 atk off his pet equip? Does that take anything away from me and my guildies when we legit beat Zakum?
Not really.
People hate hackers because they put 10% of the effort that a legit puts in the game, and reaps about 1000% of the rewards.
But it all boils down to this one mindset:
"Oh my god someone has more damage than me.... and they didn't even try as hard".
Well there's a corollary to this concept in everyday life.... Some people are born to millionaire parents, and they will through out their entire lives having it easier than most of us, life ain't fair, maple ain't fair, the rich will always do better, and so will the criminals that are smart enough not to get caught.
When you let the above fact get you "down in the dumps", over maple OR life..... That's you buddy. That's you LETTING this stuff get to you.
People love to hate on some Nexon (so do I), but now that we know that they are incapable or unwilling to fix the stuff wrong with the game, well now... The burden rests on US....
If nexon wont fix this stuff, then I guess we should all just become white-hat hackers, and launch a grassroots campaign to try to fix the game ourselves.
Anything other than that is just nerd-rage on a messageboard.
