Going with the topic, I'm from St. Maarten. :B T'is in the Caribbean. So I guess that counts as Other?

I'm actually personally curious myself as to how many people here are from a country that isn't US/Canada/Europe.

You're really from St. Maarten MariaColette? And old friend of mine lives there too!

Does that mean you're a St. Maartian now? Since they're an independent nation since last year?

Or can you still call yourself Dutch since they're still part of the United Kingdom of the Netherlands? xD

Whilst i normally just lurk around Southperry aimlessly, after reading this post of yours i felt compelled to join in order to inform you of two terrible, inexcusable geographical mistakes that you made.

First of all the Caribbean is definitely located in North America. Secondly, Europe is ~not a country. [Credentials; Studying for a Geography undergrad BA at UoN, UK].

My objective here was to instill an awareness of how geography is IMPORTANT, as well as to bring to common attention how terrible the teaching of geography is in most of North America (including the Caribbean). No hate, i blame society- not you.

Well actually, some parts of the Caribbean are European too (English / Dutch / French).
