A good method for hunting Drakes is to use the first Ant Tunnel Map. Kill all the way down, then CC. You will respawn at the top of the map again. Rinse and repeat.
I found Dark Drakes medium speed for level 58, but the small map size and mini-dungeon status (no ks wars) really added to it. I would recommend Dark Drakes for people who are sick of Trojans.

Also,
I really like Big Spiders (Eldenstine Mine map) as an alternative to Twisted Jesters. I trained there with my CB from 70-73ish and found the training speed manageable. Obviously Jesters are better, but if the Chimney and Toy Room are taken, don't be afraid to try Big Spiders. Basic clockwise map circulation too.
