Godly Scrolled Items

I have a theory (and I think I also heard it from someone else but not sure where nor do I remember) about enhancements that they gain a specific amount of attack if an item already has a certain amount of attack on it and the higher attack it has, the more it gains. It kind of explains why WGs and PACs don't gain attack when they have a low amount on it, yet 19 ATT SCGs gained one and high level equips have gained 3~4. My Nisrocks always gained 3 ATT when I dumped enhancements on them and I think recall Bryan's Black Beauty gaining 4 ATT when he was doing the same.

But of course, this is just a theory. :B

from what i have seen, being in the world of 2handed scrolls, is that items under 150 w.attk (weapons) get 3 attack, but once they hit 150, they start gaining more attack (4) very notable on glaives, since a perfect one is 147 w.attk, there is a video on youtube even, i'll try to dig it
