Any normal Chief Bandit that guy's level would be slaughtering the map all around him. Sure, it's some ''unique'' build, but it just makes him kill things so zetta slow. That's why I'm saying that if he's really hitting more than the other guy's 4th Job Mage, then the Mage seriously needs to get some new equipment, because even 100% scrolling (Like I do) should be enough to surpass the STR Bandit's damage.[/COLOR]

My range is ~5.2k and I have mediocre funds (16 blessing, 10 attack work glove, 108 attack dagger, etc.) and this guy hits a LOT higher than me and he's 27 levels lower. I can barely do ~24k with Band of Thieves before critical and this guy is hitting that pretty commonly. I already know my Steal can't even come close to comparing, because Steal is weaker than Band of Thieves.
