[COLOR="blue"]The STR doesn't help his damage much, apparently. He does less than my Lv.104 Chief Bandit, and my CB doesn't even have anything worth much except a clean Zakum Helmet.

Any normal Chief Bandit that guy's level would be slaughtering the map all around him. Sure, it's some ''unique'' build, but it just makes him kill things so zetta slow. That's why I'm saying that if he's really hitting more than the other guy's 4th Job Mage, then the Mage seriously needs to get some new equipment, because even 100% scrolling (Like I do) should be enough to surpass the STR Bandit's damage.[/COLOR]

He does less because his main skill is steal, which does 300% damage, while you're using savage blow, which does 90%*6. And since he's using skis, obviousy dagger booster isn't an available option for him. It's not a matter of his damage/equipment that he's doing less than your CB; it's a matter of the skills he's able to use. And str does help his damage, as long as he uses a non-dagger weapon (I experimented with the same build a while back, and I noticed while str did little to maximum damage for daggers, it did a lot more for non-dagger weapons). And Jon could be reffering to the damage the guy's hitting, not his DPM and/or kill rate
