What is it about natures that make people obsess over them? Just the fact that they're visible on the stat screen? IVs/EVs can have as big if not a bigger effect on your Pokemon's stats than nature.

Bold 15 DEF IV Blissey is slightly under 10% more physically defensive than Serious 15 DEF IV Blissey (with max DEF EVs).
Serious 31 DEF IV Blissey is just over 15% more physically defensive than Serious 15 DEF IV Blissey (with max DEF EVs).

I just go with whatever for in-game Pokes.
