Next time you make a video, try it at 56K speed (when it asks you to pick a speed for certain ISP speed, for uploading into internet, for watching directly from hard-drive, and so on).
I followed some guide on youtube on how to render your videos for high quality. The program I used was Sony Vegas Pro 8.0. When I saved it the first time, I saved the audio as quality VBR i think. The video was saved under 100% quality and DVD quality something. After I uploaded it onto youtube the first time, the quality was HORRIBLE, audio and video. Then my friend jackk told me to render it was 3mb/s. After I did that, the quality became better, but not as good as it originally was.
