Looked at over a 5 minute period, that's 2.625 + 6.67 + 2.1 + 3.33 + 3 * 1.05 + .875 + .7 = 19.45 seconds.
That means I spend at least 6.5% of my time casting buffs...
Cast your buffs on a rope. Shouldn't take 9.5 seconds.
